How to cancel your subscription

Orto subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. That means you cancel in your app store account, not inside Orto. You can cancel at any time, and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
On iPhone or iPad (Apple)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Orto.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also reach this from the App Store: tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions.
On Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Orto.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
A shortcut from inside Orto
Open Settings, tap your subscription, and Orto can send you to the store's manage and cancel screen for your account.
Good to know
- Canceling stops future renewals. It does not delete your account or your saved vehicles.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, and reports you have already generated are treated as used. See our "Refunds" article.
- If you subscribed on iPhone, you must cancel through Apple, and if you subscribed on Android, you must cancel through Google. They are separate.
